
Controlled Environment Warehouse
This is a picture of our 15,000 sq. ft. Controlled Environment Warehouse or CEW with a storage capacity in excess of 100,000 cases.
Beer is a perishable food product. The longer it is kept cooler the fresher it tastes. Our CEW is maintained at 40 degrees October through April, and between 44 and 56 degrees May through August. Cooler temperatures plus our rigid Born-On code-dating provide our customers with the freshest beer in the
market.
The cooling system for our CEW is very energy efficient, utilizing filtered cold outside air whenever its temperature is lower than the inside set point - this occurs at least seven months per year.
